Can't find the event in the ticket shop? This is because the event you're looking for is organized by an external organization. You'll be able to find the ticket link on the event page on our website.

No, we do not have a box office. The online ticket shop remains open until the event doors close, as long as the show has not sold out yet. To avoid disappointment, we recommend that you purchase your ticket in advance through our official ticket shop at this link: https://bit.ly/ComplexTickets.

Note: this only works for tickets bought through Paylogic, some external organisations might use another ticket provider.

That's not a problem; tickets are not tied to a specific name. However, you still need to bring your ID card for age verification.

We won't sell any more tickets once the event is sold out in our official ticket shop. If you still want to attend the event, your only option is to buy a second-hand ticket.

We strongly advise against purchasing tickets from individuals you don't know and recommend buying second-hand tickets exclusively through Ticketswap.

Complex is not responsible for any second-hand ticket sales, and we strongly advise you to purchase your ticket in advance through our official ticket shop to avoid scams.

It is NOT possible to get a refund for tickets that have been bought. In case you are not able to attend, please sell your ticket safely through Ticketswap.

Items that have been found will be kept safe at Complex. Our lost and found session is held every Tuesday (except for holidays) from 16:00 to 17:00 at our club. The front door will be open during this time, allowing you to browse through all the found items. If you're unable to attend personally, you're welcome to send a friend or family member to check out the lost and found items on your behalf. 

Starting from January 1, 2024, payment for drinks at the bar can only be made using digital Complex Credits from a Complex Creature payment card. You can get your own Complex Creature payment card inside the club. The payment card is priced at €1.85, with each Complex Credit also priced at €1.85. This payment card is designed for transactions within the club, hang on to it as you’ll be able to use it at every club show! 

Purchase new digital Complex Credits by scanning your Complex Creature card with your phone. You can either hold the card to the top of your phone to scan the NFC Tag, or you can scan the QR code with your phone’s camera. This can be done from wherever you are and will, therefore, completely eliminate the need to stand in line to get coins.

Yes, you can easily top up your Complex Creature card from anywhere, whether it's from the comfort of your home or the front row at the DJ booth!

Yes! Your Complex Creature card can be used at any event inside Complex so make sure you hang on to it. Simply top up your credits and it's ready to be used again.

At the merchandise stand, you can make payments using Complex Credits from your Complex Creature card, just like at the bars.

Yes! You can request a refund for your Complex credits by scanning your card and following the steps provided in the browser. All refund requests for Complex credits will be processed on the first Tuesday of every month. Please ensure that you enter all your details accurately. Please note that the bank will not issue refunds for any errors in the name-number information. In such cases, you will need to submit a new refund request for the next refund cycle.

We welcome all people regardless of their nationality, gender or religion as long as they respect each other and our staff.

Searching is a condition of entry to protect your safety and that of other visitors.

Full body and bag searches will be carried out before entry is granted. Any refusal by the ticket holder to comply with such searches may result in refusal of admission or eviction from the venue without refund or compensation.

Please note you are NOT permitted to take any of the following items into the venue (“Prohibited Items”): illegal substances; legal highs or any other psychoactive substances; food; any form of liquid (including drinks and perfume);point and shoot cameras; bottles; weapons; ammunition; explosives; horns; whistles; drums; fireworks; or any other article which may be used as a weapon or missile, or which may, in our reasonable opinion, cause danger or disruption to visitors at the venue.

We reserve the right to confiscate any Prohibited Items. Anyone found in possession such items will be refused admission, ejected from the venue and may also be liable for prosecution. No refunds will be given to customers who are refused admission due to possession of Prohibited Items.

Visitors who are visibly intoxicated will be denied entry.

In case of threat, we have the right to withhold entry to our premises.

We do NOT issue refunds to visitors who have been denied entry or have been removed during the event.

Management reserves the right to refuse entry.

Visitors must be at least 18 years old to enter Complex.

Complex likes to see its visitors in characteristic clothing and considers it important that they feel free to wear whatever they want. However, football shirts, tracksuits, shoulder bags and uniforms are not part of our dress code and can be a basis of refusal at the door. Slippers, Sandals and bare feet are not allowed in the club and can be a basis for refusal of entry.

You are allowed to bring a bag inside the club (when the bag has been checked by security). Small bags, like fanny packs and purses, are allowed on the dancefloor. Bigger bags, like backpacks and shoulder bags, are not allowed on the dancefloor and must be stored in a locker.

Our doors generally open at 23:00 and always close at 03:00. After 03:00 it is NOT possible to enter the club.

Complex operates a no re-entry policy. Once you have left the venue, you will not be readmitted.

We operate a strict zero tolerance drugs policy. Anyone found in possession of illegal substances will be refused admission, ejected from the venue and may also be liable for prosecution.

Using or pushing drugs of any kind is illegal and not tolerated in our club!

We only accept valid passports, (inter)national ID cards or driving licenses as identification and/or proof of age. Copies or photos of one of these documents will NOT be accepted.

If you visit our premises, you are obliged to purchase the consumptions we sell at our bars. It is NOT allowed to bring and consume your own. 

If you have specific dietary requirements due to medical reasons, you are permitted to bring your necessary foods inside. In such instances, please bring a doctor's statement with you and present it to the security personnel at the entrance.

Yes, you are allowed to bring your medicine and/or medical equipment. Please explain your situation to the security before entering and bring a doctor’s statement if necessary.

There is no room for discrimination, sexual harassment, bigotry, violence or hatred of any kind in our club. We reserve the right to remove visitors from our club who do not abide by these rules.

It is not allowed to bring drinks to the toilet areas. Visitors that do, will be removed from our club.

If you see or experience any harassment or unwanted behaviour of any kind, please let our staff or security know immediately. Our employees are instructed to ensure the safety of our visitors.

Smoking and vaping inside our club is absolutely forbidden, visitors who smoke or vape inside will be removed from our club. The smoking area is outside.

It is strictly forbidden to bring any liquids into the club.

If you visit our premises, you are obliged to purchase the consumptions we sell at our bars. It is prohibited to bring and consume your own.

Our building is fitted with camera surveillance for your and our safety.

Our fire instructions and evacuation plans are available for inspection. In case of fire, please do not panic and immediately inform staff and/or trigger the nearest fire alarm.

Various areas in our premises produce volume levels above 85 DB(a). We do not take any responsibility for negative side effects to your hearing that might be caused by this and would like to point out that entering these areas will be done at your own risk.

If you are feeling unwell, please go to one of our employees (at the bars) or security personnel, they will help you immediately.

If you see or experience any harassment or unwanted behaviour of any kind, please let our staff or security know immediately. Our employees are instructed to ensure the safety of our visitors.

Yes, Earplugs are for sale inside the club. You can find the dispensers left from the tokensale, they require two €2 coins.

Yes this is allowed. However, when using your own camera for photos or videos, do NOT use your flashlight. Respect each other and the vibe on the dancefloor.

We operate a no re-entry policy. Once you have left the venue, you will not be readmitted. When you do leave the club, please be considerate of our neighbours by keeping the volume down and do not throw any trash on the ground.

Yes, please use the designated bicycle parking spots directly next to the club if you would like to park your bike! Note that these parking spots are not monitored, so parking here is at your own risk.

Complex is located at ‘Griend 7’ in Maastricht, which is a 10-minute walk from Maastricht’s train station. The location is also easily accessible with a bicycle or car (parking is available directly next to the club).

We have a locker system, which you can open and close as many times as you like during an event. A locker holds 3 to 5 jackets, so try to share it with as many friends as possible. The price for 1 locker is €7.10 (including service fee). Complex is not responsible for items lost in the club. The use of our lockers is at your own risk
